leasing company
A company involved in leasing property for use by parties that do not acquire its ownership.
A leasing company is a company involved in the leasing of a property.
The relationship concerns a property lease. A sale transferring ownership to a purchaser is a different transaction.
Participation in leasing does not by itself establish ownership of the property. The lessor, an agent, and a property manager can take different roles in arranging or administering the same lease.
