immobilienmanager Award

A German property industry award given by the trade magazine immobilienmanager.

The award is given annually in categories covering projects, companies and people in the German property industry.

Only some categories concern buildings, so the award on a record refers to whichever category the building was entered in.

A project award recognizes the submitted property work, while a personal or company award recognizes its own recipient. The categories cover different contributions to real estate, so a prize for a service does not automatically award every building using that service.
