A pizzeria is a restaurant with table service, whose specialty is pizza - a flat composition made from crust, tomato sauce, cheese, toppings, and/or similar alternative ingredients, and easily divisible into pieces for sharing. This should not be confused with a pizza take-out, where no table service is offered.
Pizza is the specialty, while its precise ingredients can vary. The alternative-ingredient allowance does not require every pizza to contain tomato sauce or cheese.
Pizza take-out lacks restaurant-style table service. Offering pizza alone does not erase that service distinction.
