CTBUH Best Tall Building Americas

The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat's award for the best tall building of the year in Americas.

One of four regional awards given each year. The winners of the four go forward as the candidates for the worldwide award, so a building holding that one holds a regional award as well.

The region is decided by where the building stands, and the boundaries are the Council's own rather than any political grouping.

The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat is the body that also decides how tall buildings are measured, so its awards and its height rankings come from the same organization.
