CAD software
A company that produces computer-aided design software, commonly for architectural work.
A CAD software company is a firm which produces CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, usually used in architectural applications.
The company produces the design program. An architect or another designer using the program has a role in the resulting design, which is separate from producing the software.
Architectural applications are usual but do not exhaust the meaning of computer-aided design. Software for property administration alone has a different purpose.
