A place where supplemental education is provided to current or prospective students.
A tutoring facility is a place designated for tutoring services, in which students or persons hoping to enter school receive supplemental assistance, either to help them do better in their studies or to prepare for upcoming tests, coursework, enrollment, or other educational programs.
The assistance supplements a student's education or preparation for entry into it. A person can qualify as a tutoring user before enrollment, including while preparing for an entrance test.
The service supports coursework, assessment, or access to an educational program. It does not become the student's ordinary school solely because the tutoring occurs regularly.
