forest green

A dark green facade color with little perceptible tint from other hues, represented by hex triplet 006600.

Pictured: Price Tower

The dark green color range includes the color of pine trees and dark leafy plants like broccoli and asparagus. As a building facade it is most common in glass, and was occasionally used for terra cotta or bricks in art deco buildings. It is also used for painted concrete, although not very often.

Hex triplet: 006600

This dark green remains more visibly green than the near-black myrtle shade. It does not require any of the listed facade materials. The hex triplet is a comparison sample for a range of similar facade colors, rather than an exact-match requirement.
