damaged by another structure
Impacting material or construction errors from a nearby structure damages a structure partly or completely.
This category of damage also applies whenever a structure is damaged through construction errors on a neighboring structure. For example, if excavation on an adjacent construction site causes damage through improper relocation of soil, then the damaged building can be listed as damaged by another structure.
