Bronze is a copper alloy which usually contains a percentage of tin, and is used as a decorative building facade material. Its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance depend on the alloy.

The copper alloy is used as the exposed facade material. Tin is a common alloying element, without being the only possible addition in bronzes.

Different bronze alloys have different mechanical and corrosion properties. A bronze-colored coating on another material is distinct from a bronze facade.
