The objects are finished products receiving repairs or adjustments. Repair is a continuing industrial activity at the facility, not merely an occasional task elsewhere.

Customer-facing repair shops are outside this industrial setting. A machinery service facility provides a more particular form of upkeep for machinery and large vehicles.
