A sauna is a wooden room used for recreational and therapeutic steam baths, often with an adjoining cooling area. It is listed as a building amenity when such a room is available to all tenants within at least one usage zone of a building.
The room is provided for shared use within the building. Availability to all tenants in at least one usage zone is the access condition, rather than a sauna belonging only to an individual residential unit.
An adjoining cooling area can accompany the room but is not required by the definition. A whirlpool bathtub has water jets in a tub or small pool, a different bathing arrangement from the enclosed room described here.
