Dubai DLD property number

Dubai’s Land Department gives every registered property a number, and this field holds it. The property is the thing that is owned and traded, which can be a whole building or one unit inside it.

It sits below the project number: one project contains many properties, and the property number is what a title deed refers to.

The same building is described twice over by two authorities. Dubai Municipality issues the building number and the parcel number for the fabric and the ground it stands on.
