A prohibition on the use of camcorders indicates that any video recording devices must not be operated or used for recording within a particular structure, property, or area. In certain areas with this restriction, video recording may be allowed with special permission of the owners, managers, or tenants.
The restriction concerns recording video within the area and applies to video recording devices generally. Special permission can be granted under some such policies.
