parking management
The person or organization responsible for parking services and related operations at a site.
The parking manager of any site is the company, organization, or individual which provides parking services on that site, including collection of fees, enforcement of usage regulations, maintenance, and other tasks related to parking facilities or usage. When a site is used exclusively for parking and all management services are provided by one entity, the role of parking management should be applied rather than property management.
The role is specific to parking operations, including regulation and upkeep of the parking facility. It can apply to the parking portion of a property with other uses.
For an exclusively parking site with one entity handling all management, this is the applicable management role. Broader tenant services elsewhere on a mixed-use property can belong to a property manager.
