A military recruitment center is an office, facility, service branch, or other such place specializing in attracting and enlisting new recruits for any kind of military service (usually at the national level). Recruiting facilities may serve a particular branch of a military, including an army, navy, or air force.
Attracting and enlisting recruits is the dedicated function. The premises can serve one military branch, and the usual national level does not exclude another governmental level of military service.
A training site for people already serving has a different immediate purpose. A recruitment center is distinguished by its work bringing new personnel into military service, even when administrative offices or other military facilities are nearby.
