financing
A company which supplies the loan or mortgage for a structure's development and construction.
A financing company is the individual, firm, or other entity which supplies the loan or mortgage used in the development and/or construction of a structure or a module of a structure. It is very often a financial institution such as a bank.
The contribution is the loan or mortgage used for the project. Advising on its financial arrangements without supplying that financing does not establish this role.
The loan can fund the development of a module within a larger structure. The provider need not finance every part of the whole object to have the stated connection to that module.
