yoga

A yoga facility is a place designated for the practice of yoga exercises, usually in groups of several people at once. Exercises in yoga are designed to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and include balance and flexibility exercises, often in combination with meditation.

The exercises belong to the yoga tradition and can combine movement or postures with meditation. Group practice is usual but does not exclude a space used for individual instruction.

Pilates follows a different conditioning system. The presence of balance or flexibility exercises alone does not make every exercise room a yoga facility.
