RÚIAN municipality code
The official code identifying a Czech obec in RÚIAN, the register of territorial identification kept by the surveying office ČÚZK.
RÚIAN is the Registr územní identifikace, adres a nemovitostí, the Czech register of territorial identification, addresses and property, maintained by the Český úřad zeměměřický a katastrální.
The code is the identity key for a municipality. SKYDB joins Czech boundaries, areas and pinpoints on it and never on a municipality name.
The register also carries addresses and buildings, so a RÚIAN identifier found elsewhere does not necessarily name a municipality. Only the obce layer does.
