sculpture
A freestanding constructed artwork anchored to the ground, excluding statues, fountains, and in-situ rock carvings.
A sculpture is a freestanding artwork anchored to the ground which does not form an integral part of any other structure, and does not meet the definition of a fountain or statue. It must be a built construction; if it is carved out of existing rock on its natural site, then it is an in-situ sculpture.
A sculpture can represent human forms in an abstract or cartoon fashion, as long as it is not clearly a representation of a particular real individual or group of real individuals.
If a sculpture contains any moving water feature, that element must be so insignificant that the work as a whole would not be called a fountain; otherwise the whole object should be listed as a fountain.
