The planner typically arranges, schedules, budgets, and coordinates many of the various tasks and actions involved in a wedding, including the ceremony, reception, clothing, photography, invitations, decoration, hotels, etc.
The location provides consultation and coordination for the wedding. It need not be the place where the ceremony or reception takes place.
The planner can coordinate services supplied by other businesses, including photographers and hotels. Providing this planning service does not require the office to contain those facilities.
