A structure whose internal framework is completely destroyed or dismantled, even if foundations or a reused facade remain.

A structure is destroyed when it has been completely demolished or otherwise destroyed, and no intact part remains structurally fixed above ground level.

A structure can be considered demolished even if its foundations are left over after demolition, or if its facade is reused over a completely new framework. The main criterion is that its internal structure is completely destroyed or dismantled. Any amount of rubble left on the site has no bearing on the status; as long as the structure is taken apart it does not matter if its pieces remain on the site or are carted away.

Remaining rubble and retained foundations do not preserve the former structure's intact internal form. The stated facade-reuse exception likewise concerns a surviving surface around a completely new framework.
