field drab

A dull medium-brown facade color with a slight yellow or green tint, represented by hex triplet 6B541E.

Field drab is a dull shade of brown, similar to olive green but without more than a slight tint of green. It is used as a camouflage color, and appears occasionally as a color of brick or sandstone.

Hex triplet: 6B541E

The green contribution is slight compared with olive. Camouflage use is descriptive and is not required for a facade to have this color. The hex triplet is a comparison sample for a range of similar facade colors, rather than an exact-match requirement.
