A mature conceptual structure design released without a reasonable expectation of being built at its specified location.
A vision is a conceptual structure which never had a reasonable expectation of being built. It must represent a mature design from an architect or designer, and not merely a vague suggestion or a programmatic guideline for a structure. A drawing or model of reasonable detail must exist.
Although a visionary structure does not need to be technically feasible, it should represent a conceivable object, even if presently unavailable technologies would be required for its construction.
Amateur and student designs are generally not included. Vision designs must be intended for a specific location.
