MIPIM Award

A real estate project award presented at MIPIM in Cannes, combining jury assessment with votes from delegates.

The awards are decided at the annual property fair in Cannes, in categories by building type, with the winner in each chosen partly by a vote of the fair's attendees.

They recognize real estate projects using criteria that include architectural and environmental quality, user experience, and economic contribution.

The finalists are assessed within their respective categories. The jury and delegate vote concern the submitted project, while the criteria allow its design and user experience to be considered alongside its wider contribution to real estate.
