A section removed or intended to be removed from a structure by demolition or destruction.
A subtraction from a structure is a section removed from it when that section was (or will be) demolished or destroyed.
The section is defined by its removal from the larger object. The timing can be past or future, depending on when the demolition or destruction occurs.
An addition is a later attached section. A subtraction instead identifies material or space that ceases, or is intended to cease, to form part of the structure.
