A company contracted to keep a structure's elevators operational through maintenance and repair.
An elevator maintenance company is contracted to keep the elevators in a structure operational. It is not necessarily the company which supplied the same elevators.
The maintenance contract concerns elevators already installed in the structure. Their manufacture and original supply are separate roles.
