The products are worn as adornments and can include watches as well as jewelry. Precious stones and metals are common, but the definition also includes inexpensive handmade or mass-produced pieces.

A shop does not need to sell only high-value goods to have this specialization. The merchandise differs from the garments in a general clothing assortment, even when both are selected as accessories to an outfit.
