A greengrocer is a specialized grocery store selling mainly vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, and similar fresh farm produce. It does not apply to a store specializing in canned or frozen fruit or vegetables.
The produce is fresh. A store specializing in canned or frozen vegetables or fruit is expressly excluded.
Mushrooms and similar fresh farm produce are included alongside fruit and vegetables. Selling organic produce does not by itself change the use to a health food store.
