window installation
A company which installs windows in a building, separately from general facade installation.
A window installation company is a firm responsible for installing windows throughout a building, either on the facade or in an atrium or extensive interior spaces. This role does not include the service of facade installation when the windows are simply one element in an interconnected curtain wall.
The work installs windows as distinct building elements. It can take place in the exterior or in extensive interior spaces, including an atrium, so exterior location is not required.
Window frame installation excludes the glass and therefore describes a narrower installation task. The curtain-wall exclusion above distinguishes separately installed windows from window elements assembled as part of an interconnected facade.
