Big translation drive in progress

SKYDB is being translated into several major languages, giving billions more users access to detailed building information.

Translations include normal page texts plus a vast menu of terms for describing built objects in detail: technical data fields, building materials, features, architectural styles, over 950 usages and more. Most significant place names worldwide have also been translated.

Recently finished: Chinese (simplified and traditional), Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Russian, Turkish. In progress: Arabic, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish. These languages join English and German, which were already complete. Catalan has also made major progress. The eventual goal is to cover close to 50 languages.

Contributors interested in helping their own language are welcome. A few hours of work brings significant content to many more users.
