Can I import data records into other programs?

Yes, this can be done fairly easily. Data records are exported as.csv (comma separated value) files, which are compatible with almost any spreadsheet or database programs.

In Microsoft Excel, for example, you can import a.csv file by going to Data > Import External Data and then selecting the.csv file from your directory.

When importing to Excel or another program, be sure to select UTF-8 as the character encoding (for best results). You can also get better results in some cases by setting a column to "Text".
