How to add a building

You can add a building or other structure by clicking on the map and opening the building tool. The pinpoint where you clicked is assigned automatically to the new entry.

Each building may be listed only once on SKYDB. If a building is already marked on the site, adding it again creates a duplicate which will be deleted.

After a building is added, you can upload photos to it, connect companies to it, add weblinks, edit the data, etc.

Adding a construction site means adding a building with the status set to any of the 4 construction phases: foundation work, framework assembly, topped out, or interrupted. If ground has been broken but the foundation has not started yet, use "site preparation" for the status.
