SKYDB Consulting
This service description forms part of the Terms of Service only when identified in an accepted Order. The Order records the applicable version, quantities, dates, and any express variations.
SKYDB Consulting and custom research
The accepted scope of work specifies the research question, deliverables, assumptions, timetable, customer inputs, included revisions, acceptance criteria, and fixed fee, hourly budget, or milestones. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price. Customer delays may change dates after notice. A specific business, investment, engineering, or regulatory outcome is not guaranteed.
After payment, the customer may use deliverables internally as stated in the Order. Publication, resale, exclusive ownership, or a copyright assignment requires an express agreement. Customer-supplied materials remain the customer's; SKYDB retains its background methods, tools, and licensed datasets. A consulting fee does not bypass source-data restrictions. SKYDB Consulting is not recurring unless an accepted retainer expressly says so.
Order particulars
Every Order identifies the customer and product, incorporated document versions, price and currency, taxes, payment method, delivery or activation event, term, renewal status and period, cancellation method, permitted users, and applicable limits.
A missing material license or renewal condition must be resolved before acceptance, not inferred from a product name. These descriptions do not authorize SKYDB to charge for a new product without a new Order.
