SKYDB Credits

This service description forms part of the Terms of Service only when identified in an accepted Order. The Order records the applicable version, quantities, dates, and any express variations.

SKYDB Credits and usage purchases

SKYDB Credits are prepaid units for specified SKYDB operations, not currency, a bank deposit, or an investment. They earn no interest and grant no data ownership, broader license, subscription, or unlimited access. The accepted Order identifies the quantity, eligible operations, consumption schedule, and expiry. Purchased SKYDB Credits expire 24 months after issuance unless a different period was disclosed and agreed at purchase or mandatory law requires longer validity. Renewal or another purchase does not restart an existing balance's expiry.

SKYDB Credits cannot be transferred, resold, gifted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash without express SKYDB permission, except where law requires. Purchases are final and unused capacity is normally nonrefundable, subject to mandatory withdrawal/refund rights, verified billing corrections, confirmed unauthorized use, and remedies for service nonperformance. Used capacity is reviewed for billing errors or unauthorized use rather than refunded merely because a result was not useful. If SKYDB ends the relevant service without customer breach and offers no suitable way to use purchased capacity, the unused paid portion is refunded.

Included, earned, or promotional allowances are identified separately with their disclosed conditions and expiry; they are not refundable as purchased capacity. Eligible capacity nearest to expiry is used first. Expired capacity does not roll over. Access to a particular operation still requires the applicable active license and permissions. Fraud or prohibited transfers may lead to suspension under the Service Terms, subject to mandatory rights.

The account shows available capacity and its usage record. Customers should review deductions and promptly report errors or suspected unauthorized use. SKYDB investigates and corrects verified billing errors and confirmed unauthorized deductions, subject to applicable law. The billing unit and applicable consumption rate are disclosed before use; usage across all access and delivery channels, including failed and duplicate operations, is governed by section 3 of the Terms of Service.

Automatic recharge is off unless separately authorized with its trigger, amount, payment method, and any spending limit. Turning it off stops future reloads without reversing completed usage or purchases. Consumption rates may differ by operation and may change after advance notice; they do not change charges for completed operations retrospectively. If a change materially reduces unused purchased capacity, the customer may obtain a refund for the affected unused paid portion instead. No automatic recharge or additional product purchase is authorized merely by accepting these terms.

Order particulars

Every Order identifies the customer and product, incorporated document versions, price and currency, taxes, payment method, delivery or activation event, term, renewal status and period, cancellation method, permitted users, and applicable limits.

A missing material license or renewal condition must be resolved before acceptance, not inferred from a product name. These descriptions do not authorize SKYDB to charge for a new product without a new Order.
