SKYDB Premium
This service description forms part of the Terms of Service only when identified in an accepted Order. The Order records the applicable version, quantities, dates, and any express variations.
SKYDB Premium
SKYDB Premium provides one named individual with the SKYDB Premium website tools identified in the Order, such as expert search, rankings, statistics, and alerts. The advertised initial term is one year. An Order identified as a subscription renews under the Service Terms. The account remains personal; organization-wide sharing requires an appropriate separate license.
Paid SKYDB Premium does not require contributions. Editorial permissions remain subject to contribution and conduct rules. SKYDB Premium does not by itself grant unrestricted data exports, commercial redistribution, or an unlimited API allowance. Any such included access or capacity must be specified.
Order particulars
Every Order identifies the customer and product, incorporated document versions, price and currency, taxes, payment method, delivery or activation event, term, renewal status and period, cancellation method, permitted users, and applicable limits.
A missing material license or renewal condition must be resolved before acceptance, not inferred from a product name. These descriptions do not authorize SKYDB to charge for a new product without a new Order.
