decorative concrete fabricator
A manufacturer of non-structural concrete elements in a structure which contribute to its design.
Suppliers of concrete elements used for strictly architectural, as opposed to structural, purposes.
The concrete element has an architectural purpose without serving as part of the load-bearing structure. The distinction depends on its use in the building, rather than on concrete alone as the material.
A structural precast concrete fabricator makes concrete components for the structural framework. A structural member does not become decorative concrete merely because its exposed surface also contributes to the appearance of the building.
