facade repainting ends
Completion of a new coat of paint over most of an existing facade, whether or not its color changes.
Facade repainting ends with the last brushstroke completing the application of a new coat of paint to the exterior surface of a built object. The process is initiated when facade repainting begins.
Repainting of a facade can change the facade color, but does not necessarily do so.
Completion of the original coat of paint, usually during construction, is labeled as facade painting ends.
