facade painting ends
The last application of the original coat of paint to a large portion of a facade is finished.
The end of facade painting occurs at the completion of the original application of paint that covers most of a built object's facade. This usually occurs during or shortly after construction, but it may also occur later if the object was not painted during construction.
This process starts when facade painting begins.
The completed initial application must cover most of the facade. Painting a small isolated area does not establish this endpoint; renewing an existing paint coating is facade repainting.
