A place where clothing is sold in bulk to clothing stores or to large commercial purchasers.
A clothing wholesaler is a place where clothing retailers or other large-scale commercial purchasers (e.g. institutions or companies requiring uniforms) buy clothing in bulk, usually for resale at a higher price to their own customers.
The customers include clothing retailers and large purchasers such as employers buying uniforms. A customer need not resell the clothing to have a professional purchasing purpose.
