A feature that enhances an object's connection to any kind of external transportation network or route.
A transportation feature is any kind of amenity, transit connection, physical property, or other feature that enhances an object's connection with external transportation networks or pathways. This can be a portal or a direct connection onto some transportation route, whether through water or air, over ground, or underground.
The connection leads to an external transport network or route. It can concern access over land, through water or air, or below ground.
Internal transport systems move people or objects through the structure. Their internal conveying function is different from a feature connecting the structure with an outside route.
