A facade supplier is the company which manufactures the materials or major components of a building's exterior surface.

If a building's structural framework is exposed without any covering facade, then no facade supplier is listed. A glass provider only counts as the facade supplier if non-window portions of the facade use that company's glass.

The supplied facade is a surface applied to the building, distinct from an exposed structural framework. A window manufacturer supplies window assemblies; the glass distinction above concerns whether the supplied material also forms the non-window exterior.
