window manufacturer
A manufacturer of windows used in a building, with the glass and the frame joined before delivery.
A window supplier is a company which assembles or manufactures the windows used in a building's facade. This role includes joining the glass to the window frame; the glass manufacturer is often a separate company. If one company supplies material for an all-glass facade, then it is listed as a facade supplier.
The window combines a frame with glazing. Producing either material alone is different from making or assembling the window in which the two are joined.
A window frame manufacturer supplies the frame separately, while a glass fabricator makes the glass. The distinction from a facade fabricator concerns supply of a whole glass exterior rather than individual window assemblies.
