adventure experience
A service which lets visitors experience a place in an adventurous way, such as base jumping or bungee jumping.
An adventure experience is a regularly available service open to public visitors (usually for a fee) which allows them to experience a place in some adventurous way, such as base jumping off a tower, bungee jumping off a bridge, or walking on the ledge of a building. These experiences should only be listed if they occur outside the normal bounds of an observation deck.
The experience must be a regularly available service for public visitors. A one-time private stunt does not establish that continuing visitor service.
Ordinary use of an outdoor observation deck remains within the observation-area use. This feature requires an adventurous activity outside the normal bounds of that deck, with or without an admission charge.
