A billiards room is a recreational room with a billiard table available for common use by the tenants of a building. This amenity may overlap a hospitality room or library or media room.
The shared billiard table is the defining equipment. The room can serve other recreational or social purposes as well, rather than being required to contain only billiards facilities.
A hospitality room provides space for gatherings, and a media room provides a shared screen. Either can also contain the billiard table, so these amenities need not occupy separate rooms.
