A photograph depicting a three-dimensional model of the object, including images with the model's surroundings obscured.
A photo of a model is a photograph depicting a three-dimensional model of the object with which the image is concerned. It may be graphically altered in order to blur or obscure the surroundings of the model.
The camera records the model as the subject representing the object. This differs from photographing the completed object itself, even if the model closely reproduces its design.
Blurring or obscuring the setting around the model does not remove this classification. A close reproduction of an electronically drawn image has the separate rendering meaning.
