Installed supports and obstacles used for sport climbing on the face of a building.
A building with house running facilities features equipment such as supports, footholds, handholds, ropes, etc. used in sport climbing on the vertical or pitched side(s) of the building.
The equipment supports sport climbing on the building's vertical or sloping exterior. The climbing surface is the side of the building itself.
The presence of a maintenance ladder alone does not establish a sport-climbing installation. An adventure experience additionally describes a regularly available public visitor service, which is a separate aspect from the installed climbing equipment.
