roof peak

A building summit formed by the narrowing of an enclosed space at a point or a line.

The roof peak is the highest part of an angled, raked, or curved roof. It can be a point or a ridge, or several points of equal height.

The summit can be a ridge or several equally high points. A single isolated point is not required.

The roof itself must provide the highest architectural part. A higher spire or emblem can instead supply the top element.
