painting contractor
A contractor that paints a structure's exterior, its entire interior, or its interior common areas.
A painting contractor is the company or practice responsible for painting the exterior of a structure or for painting the entire interior or interior common areas within a building.
The work concerns application of paint to the specified parts of the structure. The interior scope includes the whole interior or its common areas.
Producing a coating and applying it to the building are separate activities. Facade installation builds and attaches the facade itself, whereas the painting contractor applies the paint to the relevant surfaces.
