property management
The person or organization overseeing site operations and providing tenant services for a property.
The property manager of any structure or place is the company, organization, or individual which provides tenant services and oversees operations within the site. It is often hired by the owner or owners. The property manager often provides or outsources maintenance, leasing, security, and other services. The property manager may also be the owner or facility manager of a particular site.
The manager can arrange for outside firms to perform maintenance or security. Supervising those services remains a management role even when other companies carry out the work.
An owner can also manage the property, but ownership and management can belong to separate parties. For a site devoted exclusively to parking under one manager, use parking management.
