Any regular enclosed building which is divided into fewer than 10 regular floors.

Low buildings include all types of regular enclosed buildings which have fewer than 10 floors, including houses and other low-lying enclosed building types.

The enclosed interior has fewer than ten regularly divided floors. The distinction concerns the number of such levels rather than a fixed minimum or maximum height in meters.

A tall building has at least ten regularly divided enclosed floors. A largely unenclosed open-air structure has a separate form even when it contains several levels.
